One of my most used small kitchen appliances is my bread machine. Its uses are multifaceted and it takes the guess work out of bread recipes for amateur and wannabe bakers that have just begun dipping their toe into bread making. When I realized there was a jam setting on mine, I got really excited. First, I used the setting to create a strawberry jam. It was so good, that I've made it multiple times since. More recently, I had a 18 oz carton of blueberries a few days away from going bad, and I decided to try my hand at creating a blueberry jam recipe. We used it as a topping for our sourdough pancakes. With just 3 ingredients and the bread machine doing most of the work, it was a no-fuss process.
